How are the comparisons put together?
Each comparison puts two products or services side by side under the same headings: what they do, who they suit, and their strengths and weaknesses. We do not give scores or stars, because which one is better depends on what you need. Instead, we try to explain when one makes more sense than the other.
About prices and features
Prices, free-tier limits and promotions change often. That is why the comparisons avoid figures that are likely to change, or state the date the information was checked. Before you pay for a subscription, always check the current terms on the product's own website.
Which one should I choose?
Before deciding, be clear about what you will use it for: a few short questions a day, long documents, or team work? Then look at that heading in the comparison. Most services have a free version, so trying both on your own work for a short while is the most reliable test. For individual overviews of AI tools, see the AI section.
