Your Files

The file tools on DigiKitApp (PDF, image, text converters and so on) and the calculators run in your browser. Files you process with them are not uploaded to a server and are cleared from your browser's memory once the job is done. The few exceptions that connect to an outside service are listed below under "Third-Party Services".

What We Store

Search queries: words you type into the site search box are kept on our servers (via our Supabase backend) to improve the search experience. These records don't personally identify you. Recently used tools: which tools you've used recently is kept only in your own browser (localStorage), never sent to us.

Cookies and Analytics

To understand site usage, we use Google Analytics with your consent. This collects anonymous usage data like which pages are visited, and uses cookies for that. We give you a choice on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded. We don't require accounts, and we don't collect email addresses or personal information.

Advertising

To keep the site free, we show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Personalized ads based on your previous visits are shown only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner; otherwise ads are shown without personalization. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies for purposes such as frequency capping and preventing fraudulent clicks. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com), and you can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Third-Party Services

Some tools (OCR, IP lookup, page speed measurement) send requests to third-party services while running (Tesseract.js/jsDelivr, ipify.org, Google PageSpeed API). These services are governed by their own privacy policies. Our SEO & GEO Analysis tool sends the URL you enter (and the target keyword, if any) to our server (a Supabase Edge Function) for analysis; the scanned page's content is not stored, only your IP address is kept briefly in one-way hashed form for daily-limit counting.

When you email us

If you write to us, your email address and message are used only to reply and to fix the problem you reported; they are not added to a marketing list or shared with third parties. Please do not include sensitive details such as ID numbers, passwords or bank details in your messages.

Changing your cookie choice

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings, and the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser, but then some preferences will not be remembered.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law gives you rights over your personal data. In the European Union, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct and erase your data and to object to its processing; Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 gives similar rights in its Article 11. You can send requests about these rights to the email address above.

Children

The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. Since we do not offer accounts or ask for personal details through forms, there is no place on the site where such data is entered.

Changes to this policy

When something on the site changes the way data is handled, this page is updated and the date at the top is changed. You may want to check this page from time to time.
