Editorial policy

Tool descriptions, guides, comparisons and blog posts on DigiKitApp follow these principles. The goal is to help you finish a task with the right tool and accurate information.

How content is written

Texts are written by looking at the actual screen and form fields of the tool they describe; a tool is never described as doing something it does not do. Some drafts may be prepared with the help of AI tools. The DigiKitApp team is responsible for everything that is published.

Figures and regulations

For amounts that change every year, such as Turkish tax brackets, the minimum wage or social security rates, official sources (GİB, SGK, e-Devlet) are the reference, and readers are advised to check them there. Calculator results are for information only; consult a professional for legal, financial or medical decisions.

No invented information

Statistics, user reviews, quotes or names without a source are not used. Product comparisons only state lasting, verifiable features; prices and promotions that may change are not given.

Updates

Content is updated when the related tool, rule or product changes. The date of updated pages is shown in the sitemap (sitemap.xml) and, where needed, on the page itself.

Advertising and independence

To stay free, the site shows ads through Google AdSense. Ads are separate from content; advertisers do not influence tool descriptions, comparisons or guides.

Reporting a mistake

If you spot an error, email the page address and the problem to digikitapp@gmail.com. Verified errors are corrected.

Choice of sources

Primary sources come first: legislation and official authority pages (such as the Turkish Official Gazette, GİB and SGK), products' own official websites and help pages, and publications of standards bodies. Information that only appears in second-hand sources and cannot be verified is not used. Plan and access details for AI tools are given with the date they were checked and a link to the source.

Use of AI

The first draft of some texts may be prepared with AI tools. Drafts are read before publication; figures, names and claims are checked against their sources and compared with how the tool actually behaves. The sample outputs on the prompt pages are AI output on purpose, and the tool used is stated clearly (for example "produced with Claude").

No scores

Comparisons do not give products scores or stars. Because which product suits you depends on your needs, comparisons focus on explaining which option makes more sense in which situation.

Affiliate links

If affiliate links are used on the site in the future, they will be clearly labelled on the page. Earning from a product's link does not affect how that product is described.

Author

Sinan Çip is the founder and author of DigiKitApp. He prepares and keeps the tools and content up to date, and is responsible for applying the principles on this page. You can also reach him on Instagram.
