What you can write to us about
- A tool that does not work or gives a wrong result: include the page address, the values you entered, the result you expected, and your browser and device. That lets us reproduce and fix the problem.
- Wrong or outdated information: share the page address and a source for the correct information, such as an official page or the relevant rule.
- Ideas for new tools or guides: describe the task you want to do and how you do it today.
- Privacy questions about how data is handled. You may find the answer in our Privacy Policy.
- Collaboration requests.
Before you send a message
- Do not include sensitive details such as ID numbers, passwords, or bank or card details.
- When showing a problem, use a sample file or a screenshot instead of your own personal file.
- Calculator results are for information only. For personal tax, insurance or legal questions, contact the relevant authority or a professional.
What happens next
We read incoming messages and reply where we can. Corrections are checked against their source and, if they are right, the page is updated.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. All tools on the site are free and need no sign-up.
I had a problem with a file. Can I send it to you?
If possible, send a sample file without personal information, or describe the problem with a screenshot. Most tools that handle files process them in your browser, so we never see your files; we need a similar example to reproduce the problem.
Do you answer personal tax or legal questions?
No. The calculators and guides give general information. For questions about your own situation, contact a qualified source such as an accountant, a lawyer or the relevant authority.
If I suggest a new tool, will you add it?
We read every suggestion and give priority to tools that would help many people and can run safely in the browser. If you also describe how you do the task today, it is easier to design the tool around the real need.
What should I do if I see an inappropriate ad?
Ads are served by Google. You can report or hide an ad using the information icon in its corner. If you like, you can also send us a screenshot of the ad and the address of the page where it appeared.
