Tools for Marketers
7 tools useful for campaign tracking, title optimization, and share previews.
The part of a marketing campaign that gets overlooked most often isn't the creative — it's tracking and the small technical details. UTM Builder tags a link so your reports can tell which channel it came from, and Hashtag Generator plus YouTube Title Generator / YouTube Description Generator speed up the repetitive writing on the content side. Meta Title Checker shows whether a page title will get cut off in a search result, and Open Graph Generator prepares the tags that decide how a link looks when it's shared on social media. QR Code Generator is useful for connecting a printed ad or flyer to a digital page.
What are these tools good for?
To measure a campaign, you need to know where traffic comes from, make sure shared links look right, and fit the message to each channel. These tools cover the small prep steps that are easy to skip.
- UTM Builder: When the same landing page goes out through a newsletter, an Instagram story and a printed flyer, UTM tags let your analytics tell those visits apart.
- Hashtag Generator: Gather tag ideas once the campaign theme is set.
- YouTube Title Generator: Draft title options for a product demo or customer story video before the team debates them.
- YouTube Description Generator: Place the campaign link and a call to action in the video description.
- Meta Title Checker: Check whether the landing page title will show in search results without being cut off.
- Open Graph Generator: Make sure the right title, description and image appear when the page is shared on LinkedIn, Facebook or in messaging apps.
- QR Code Generator: Bring offline audiences, from trade show booths, packaging or posters, to the campaign page.
A sample workflow
A running shoe brand is launching a new line. The landing page title goes through the Meta Title Checker, and the Open Graph Generator sets the share image and description. The UTM Builder creates three links: newsletter, Instagram and in-store poster. The poster link becomes a QR code. For the launch video, the YouTube Title and Description Generators produce drafts, and the description gets its own UTM link for the video channel. Posts go out with tags picked from the Hashtag Generator.
Tip
Agree on a naming convention for UTM values and stick to it as a team. Writing sources in lowercase, for example, stops "instagram" and "Instagram" from showing up as two different sources in reports. Keep the names you use in a simple shared sheet. It helps a lot when you read reports months later.
